Raiding

When a large group of players (e.g. 10-40) gathers together in order to accomplish some objective that would normally be impossible if done individually or with a smaller group. Raiding is most associated with MMORPGs, where raids are usually conducted in order to defeat difficult bosses and obtain rare loot.
