ban stick. now ban hammer

ban stick :command line or gui apparatus for banning a player from a server. ex. I smacked that asshat. up side his head with the ban hammer.

    I've heard of the ban hammer, but my first encounter was with the ban stick. Ban hammer sounds cooler. Let's modify.
